| Splash Kingdom Battle of the Bands

You must submit your music and lyrics for approval to Splash Kingdom. Music may be submitted via mail, e-mail, in person, or hyperlink to a myspace page, etc. Mailing address is PO Box 876 Canton, TX 75103 attention: Battle of Bands.
•Performing Dates: If selected, you must choose one of three nights to perform; either the first competition -Friday night, June 20th, the second competition - Friday night, July 11th, or the third competition - Friday night, July 25th.
•The Format: All applicants must perform 3 songs: One song must be an original. One Song must be a cover. The remaining song can be either an original or a cover. Again...all songs must be pre-approved (lyrics and music).
•The Finale: All applicants must be available to play the Finale, if a winner of one of the competitions, on Friday night, August 1st. The Finale will consist of 3 Bands - the winners from each of the three competitions. the final 3 will compete at the Finale where the Grand Prize Winner will be selected.
•$ There is a $20 Registration Fee. Only 12 bands will be chosen from all registrants to perform. $ bands will perform each round of the competition except for the Grand Finale, which will consist of the 3 winners of the 3 rounds of competition.
Band Members will not be charged admission to the park (because they will be performing) all others will be charged the normal admission to the event ($6 for general admission, season pass holders admission is free of charge - The Grand Finale will cost $6 for General Admission and free for Season Pass Holders*).

*Admission is subject to availability and capacity limitations set by Splash Kingdom and/or Fire Codes. Season Pass holders are not guaranteed entry into the park without a separate entry ticket to the event. Season Pass holders may only purchase their special discounted rate tickets to the event the actual day of the event and may not pre-purchase event tickets at a discounted rate. Season Pass holders may; however; choose to pre-purchase event tickets at the General Admission rate.
