Splash Kingdom 2008 Season Pass
Terms of UseA 2008 Splash Kingdom season pass is valid for admission to Splash Kingdom Waterpark only on any public operating day throughout the 2008 season. There are no additional parking fees or tube rental expenses at Splash Kingdom. Extra-fee attractions such as mini-golf, arcade, food and merchandise are not included with a season pass.
Season Pass vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are considered void if reproduced, altered or tampered with in any way. Vouchers obtained from sources other than Splash Kingdom or offices authorized by Splash Kingdom to sell tickets will not be honored.
A season pass is for one person and may not be shared with others. Passes are valid on regular operating days and may not be used during private parties or select special events. Season Passes may not be refunded, sold or transferred. Passes are only valid for the season printed on the pass and unused passes may not be used the next year. Prices, policies, operating dates/hours and availability of rides and attractions are subject to change with out notice.
Season pass holders must present their I.D. Card each time they visit the park. Additional I.D. may be required. Lost I.D. Cards may be replaced with proper identification, at a cost of $5.00 each. USE OF THE I.D. CARD BY ANYONE OTHER THAN THE PERSON PICTURED WILL RESULT IN REVOCATION OF YOUR SEASON PASS WITHOUT REFUND.
Season pass holders are subject to all park rules. A season pass may be revoked without refund for conduct violating park rules and/or safety procedures. Assisting any person to gain unlawful entry into Splash Kingdom may result in revocation of your season pass and prosecution under the law.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible guardian (minimum age 14). Park capacity and other circumstances may cause Splash Kingdom to limit entry. Your season pass may only be used once each day. If you leave the park and plan to re-enter, you must have your hand stamped or wear the appropriate wrist band. Your season pass is not valid for private events. Due to ride maintenance and other circumstances, certain rides and attractions may not be open to the public. All rides are subject to availability and carry height and weight restrictions.
The bearer of the season pass grants Splash Kingdom the right to film, photograph or videotape the bearer for any purpose whatsoever without any payment. Splash Kingdom assumes no responsibility for accident or loss to any person in connection or use of the park, rides and amusements or entrance into or departure from the park.
Changing the pass holder’s name: The purchaser is the only person who can authorize a name change on a season pass voucher. The purchaser must accompany the new pass holder to the park and present the season pass voucher at Party Central. The purchaser will be asked to show photo ID to make the switch. A $10.00 change fee will be charged to facilitate this request. Once a season pass ID has been processed, the pass holders name cannot be changed.
Exchange your season pass voucher at Splash Kingdom’s Party Central inside the main building between regular park operating hours beginning May 31, 2008, to obtain an I.D. card. Protect the voucher as if it were cash. Your season pass voucher is non-refundable and not for resale. All season pass vouchers not used during the current season are considered void.
