Wrist Band Sponsor - $12,000
This sponsorship will have your logo / coupon on every single wristband at
the park this season. This cost represents less than $.10 per impression. In
addition, you logo will be on the 2007 park map and Splash Kingdom web
site. |

Big Squirt Sponsor - $5,000
Big Squirt is the official souvenir at Splash Kingdom Family Water park
Sponsors logo will be displayed on the big squirt fill station as well as
every big squirt sold in the park. |

Children's Castle Title Sponsor - $7,000
Set as the centerpiece of the Water park, the children's castle is the
focus of every person who enters the gates at Splash Kingdom. This sponsorship
will allow the partner to name the castle after their company. The sponsorship
will be supported also by themed signage in front of the Castle with your
logo, company logo on park map and brochures, and web site tie-ins. For
outstanding exposure and brand awareness, the Children's castle is a great
choice.

Tube Sponsor - $7,000
Splash Kingdom tubes are used for many of the rides and attractions around
the water park. Several hundred tubes are used each year and are a key focal
point of Splash Kingdom. With this sponsorship, your logo will be silk
screened on every tube in use at the park. |

Splash Pad Sponsor - $5,000
The new, fun, wet place for kids to play and parents to sit and relax. The
Splash Pad is a great location to have your companies name and logo
predominantly displayed. This sponsorship will be supported by your logo and
name on every park brochure and park map. In addition, your logo and link will
be on the Splash Kingdom web site. Hundreds of pictures will be taken around
the park this season, and your company logo could be included in family
memories for years to come. |

Slide Sponsor - $4,000 (4 available)
There are 4 great slide options to choose from at this level of
sponsorship. Thunder and Lightning are 2 awesome tube slides that start from a
60’ tower and finish up in a refreshing plunge of water. The Express is a
bright yellow speed slide that drops riders 50’ to a quick stop. Rounding out
the team is the Pink Panic. This totally enclosed body slide makes two fun
loops before dropping riders 25’ to a breaking channel stop. Each sponsorship
will provide a sign naming the chosen slide after the sponsor and will include
mention on park maps, brochures and web site. After the first sponsorship,
each additional slide sponsored by the same company will be at a 25%
reduction. |

The Royal Flush - $5,000
This marquee attraction is very high speed, high thrill, and high energy. A
hit with the tweens and young at heart alike, active participants can’t wait
to get “flushed”. This sponsorship would have a great themed sign with the
sponsors logo predominantly displayed. Placement on park maps, brochures and
web site would also round out the support to accompany the Royal Flush
sponsorship. |

Sand Volleyball Sponsorship - $1,500
Fun in the sun beach volley ball. Sponsor would receive signage at the
volleyball court as well as park map and brochure inclusion.

Official Car of Splash Kingdom
Safety and Family are the key elements of Splash Kingdom, our official car
partner must fall along those same lines. Splash Kingdom has provided a
perfect location in the park for a sponsor vehicle to be parked and viewed by
thousands of guests. In return for the annual lease of one,(1) high safety
rating, very well equipped automobile to be driven by Splash Kingdom owner,
the sponsor will receive extensive in-park as well as print and electronic
coverage. In addition, days could be scheduled for dealer representatives to
be present in the park and meet with potential customers, discuss car options,
safety features, etc. |

Official Phone Company of Splash Kingdom
Many cross-marketing and promotional opportunities are available in
addition to in-park and web-site tie-ins. A cell phone text competition has
been a huge hit in other water parks with great local and national media
coverage. In return, the sponsor will provide 6 new cell phones and a service
plan for the Splash Kingdom management staff. |

Park Signage - $1,000
For this sponsorship, your name and logo could be displayed around the
perimeter fencing of Splash Kingdom on a 2’ x 3’ metal sign. You provide the
art work, and Splash kingdom will create and maintain the sign. |

Glow in the Dark 3-D Mini Golf Title Sponsor - $3,000
This sponsorship will include a themed sponsorship sign at the entrance to
the 3-D mini-golf, signage on the park map and brochure as well as the web
site. This is the only mini-golf of its kind in East Texas. You have to see it
to believe it. |

Mini-Golf Hole Sponsor - $500
This sponsorship includes signage at the hole of your choice, (while
supplies allow) You provide the artwork, and Splash Kingdom will create the
glow in the dark sign. |

Arcade Room Title Sponsor - $1,500
Sponsor sign placed at the entry of the Arcade area, logo on park map,
brochures and web site. |

Arcade Room Wall Signage - $500
Sponsors logo and message will be displayed on a 3’x 4’ sign in the arcade
area. You provide the artwork and Splash Kingdom will create the
Sign. |

Sponsorships must be solidified by April 15th in order to to
ensure inclusion on the first first round of 2007 brochures.
