How can I check my Splash Cash balance?
Your Splash Cash (single-visit wristbands & multi-use wristbands) balance can be checked at our main-ticket windows and retail shop and a history of purchases can be checked. AND coming soon: Splash Cash balances can be checked online through our website!
What if I forgot or lost my wristband?
No need to fear. Wristbands (single-visit & multi-use) are each attached to a customer and can be replaced. Head to either the main ticket window or retail shop to report your wristband as lost or stolen. Lost or stolen wristbands are deactivated immediately upon notification and a new wristband can be purchased.
Where do I go to load money on my wristband?
Splash Cash can be loaded at both our main ticket windows as well as our retail shop and is super easy to do! Just bring your cash or credit/debit card and let us know how much you would like to load!
What happens with the remaining balance at the end of the season?
Still have Splash Cash loaded onto your wristband at the end of the day? You can use your Splash Cash any day during the season and continue to load more each visit or check out our Splash Cash Refund Policy.
Is there a fee?
A wristband activation fee is charged for each wristband you are activating and is dependent on the wristband type (single-use wristband activation fee: $1.00; multi-use wristband activation fee: $3.00). This fee is non-refundable and is charged on initial wristband purchase and replacement purchases. A wristband activation fee is not charged on Splash Cash reloading transactions.
How much cash can I load at a time?
Splash Cash limits are set at $500 per Splash Cash load. Great news! You can always reload more Splash Cash throughout the day by visiting our main tickets windows or retail shop.
Why is the park going cashless?
At Splash Kingdom Waterparks, we want you to have a safe and FUN visit with your family and friends, and to speed up the checkout process we have adopted Cashless Payment options across all our checkout areas, at all five of our parks. Splash Kingdom is offering a new form of payment called Splash Cash (wristband pay), offering contactless payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay and more! Options such as using a credit or debit card are still available at all our checkout areas.

Splash Kingdom Wristbands allow a credit/debit card to be securely attached and used each time you check out at our ticket window, retail shop, kitchens and more. These wristbands come with unique security features like user-picture verification, name verification, and if you are attaching a credit/debit card, a passphrase can also be activated.

Is there an age requirement for loading or using a wristband (single-visit & multi-use)?
Guests under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (age 14 or over) to receive and activate or replace any wristbands.
Do I have to wear my wristband on my wrist all day?
Wristbands MUST be worn securely on your wrist and cannot be slipped on and off. For security purposes, wristbands that are not worn securely on a wrist at the time of transaction payment, are subject to be revoked.
Will the wristband expire at the end of the season?
Yes, we will have new wristbands for every new season.
Will one wristband work at all the parks?
The money loaded onto the wristband is park specific but your season pass loaded onto the wristband will be able to be looked up across all parks.
Will the wristbands fit a toddler?
The multi-visit wristbands will likely be too big for a toddler’s wrist but our single-visit wristbands can be adjusted to fit any size wrist.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL SPLASH KINGDOM WATERPARK’S WRISTBANDS RECEIVED ON OR AFTER MAY 1, 2022. WRISTBANDS ACTIVATED ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW, AND ANY POLICIES PUBLISHED BY SPLASH KINGDOM WATERPARKS IN EACH CASE MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME. FOR ALL PURPOSES, WRISTBAND IS USED TO REPRESENT BOTH SINGLE-VISIT AND MULTI-USE WRISTBANDS.
EACH WRISTBAND REPRESENTS A SEPARATE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-RENEWABLE, LIMITED TIME, REVOCABLE LICENSE OFFERED BY SPLASH KINGDOM WATERPARKS (OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES), WHICH MAY INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, ADMISSION AREAS, DINING AREAS AND RETAIL SHOP AREAS.
BY PURCHASING OR ACTIVATING A WRISTBAND, WHETHER SEPARATELY OR OTHERWISE ACCEPTING A WRISTBAND, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE. PURCHASE AND USE OF A WRISTBAND IS SUBJECT TO THE REGULATIONS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SPLASH KINGDOM WATERPARK AND ITS APPROPRIATE MANAGEMENT TEAM.
WRISTBANDS ARE EXPRESSLY NOT FOR RESALE AND THE LICENSE GRANTED HEREIN SHALL INURE ONLY TO THE INDIVIDUAL TO WHOM SPLASH KINGDOM DIRECTLY ISSUED THE WRISTBAND. ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT SALE, RESALE, AUCTION OR TRANSFER OF ANY WRISTBAND FOR OR WITHOUT CONSIDERATION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THE RESTRICTION AGAINST RESALE AND TRANSFER EXTENDS TO ANY “EXCESS” OR “UNUSED” WRISTBANDS OF WHICH ANY INDIVIDUAL MAY COME INTO POSSESSION, WHETHER AS PART OF A SALE OR OTHERWISE.
ANY WRISTBAND HOLDER VIOLATING THIS PROHIBITION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BY ADVERTISING, POSTING OR OTHERWISE COMMUNICATING AN OFFER TO SELL OR GIFT WRISTBANDS WILL HAVE THEIR WRISTBAND REVOKED FOR THEIR ENTIRE PARTY AND BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER LEGAL ACTION.
EXCESS FUNDS REMAINING ON USER’S WRISTBANDS CAN BE RETURNED AS NOTED IN THE SPLASH CASH REFUND POLICY.
WRISTBANDS ARE SUBJECT TO BE REVOKED AT ANY TIME, UNDER THE DISCRETION OF SPLASH KINGDOM WATERPARKS CORPORATE OR MANAGEMENT TEAM FOR MISUSE OR IMPROPER IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION.
