Tickets & Admissions
Do I need to print my tickets?
No, you do not need to print your tickets. When you open your email receipt, click “print link”, and have it open or take a screenshot when you come to the park. We will be able to scan your ticket off of your mobile device.
How can I find discounts?

How can I redeem the coupons that came with my season pass? Can they be used more than once?
Your Silver or Gold Season Pass is loaded with great, extra discounts. All coupons/perks for these passes can be used only at your home park location. Food/beverage discounts must be redeemed at ticket window. The Free Drink Pass Punchcard included in the Gold Season Pass must be picked up at your home park and cannot be claimed at any other park location. Each coupon loaded on your pass will be able to be used one time. To learn more about Season Passes, click here.
How much extra is it if we want to stay all day after Toddler Time?
It is an additional $10 (plus tax) per person to stay all day after Toddler Time.
I bought tickets for today but can't come. Can I use them for another day?
Yes! Simply take your pre-purchased ticket to the ticket window upon your arrival. They will be happy to assist you with this process.
I'd like a refund. What is your policy?
Admission Tickets and Season Passes to Splash Kingdom are non-refundable. All Season Passes and Admission Tickets expire at the end of the season for which they were purchased/issued. Splash Kingdom is not responsible for any lost or stolen Season Passes or Admission Tickets.
I'm not swimming. Do I still need a ticket?
Splash Kingdom is a participation facility. All guests wishing to enter the park must have a ticket. Tickets can be purchased online or at the park. So go ahead, bring your swimsuit and join in on the fun!
I've never been. Can I pay with a card? What about a check?
Splash Kingdom accepts cash, debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks but will accept corporate and church checks for groups. Splash Kingdom is a participatory park and therefore we do not offer a discount for those who choose not to swim.
My child is 2, do they get in free?
Yes, all children 2 and under get free admission to the park.
What days are Toddler Time, how long does it last, and what is the cost?
Toddler Tuesday occurs every Tuesday morning (in June & July) from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM (1.5 hours). This special time is for guests 5 years and under and their guardians.
No children over the age of 5 will be admitted inside the park. Admission is included with your Splash Kingdom Season Pass or a daily cost is $10.00 in Canton OR $7.00 in Greenville, Hudson Oaks, & Nacogodches per person entering – even 2 years and under. Guardians must be 14 years of age or older.
What days are Twilight Admission, how long does it last, and what is the cost?
Twilight Admission is available every day except for Friday. This special time begins at 3:00 PM and lasts through the end of the day.
Twilight Ticket pricing is as follows:
Canton – $19.95 + tax
Greenville – $16.95 + tax
Hudson Oaks – $16.95 + tax
Nacogdoches – $15.95 + tax
Tickets are available for purchase online or at the park ticket windows. Twilight Tickets are NOT valid on special event nights.
What if you close due to the weather or other unforeseen events?
In the event that the park closes due to uncontrollable circumstances more than 2 hours prior to the scheduled closing time, your ticket will be reactivated and valid for use anytime during the current season. Guests will need to hold on to their ticket(s) from the day of their visit and bring those back in order to receive a rain check.
Are there any special discounts for military or first-responders?
All active Military, Fire, and Police get a Free Park-Specific Season Pass as part of our “Salute Our Heroes” program. These passes are NOT redeemable online and must be claimed at the ticket window by providing a valid ID.
Additionally, Family Members of active Military, Fire, and Police are eligible to purchase discounted passes.
I purchased a Season Pass, do I need to do anything to activate it?
Yes, when you visit your home park for the first time in the current season, you will show the barcode in your confirmation email and we will take your photo and name then create your season pass card for you. After that, your season pass will be setup for use all season long.
Why doesn't Emergency Medical Services (EMS: ambulance personnel such as Emergency Medical Technicians [EMTs] and paramedics) or Lifeguards get discounts like Military, Fire, and Police?
Through partnership with local businesses, Splash Kingdom is able to offer the Salute Our Heroes program for active Military, Fire, and Police officers as they expose themselves to potential, life threatening danger, for others on a daily basis.
We do offer discounts periodically, for other community service groups. For Example, our Hometown Heroes sale on Memorial Day Weekend that offers discounted Admission to all retired military and First Responders along with their family members.
We also provide other specials throughout the season that includes educators specials, healthcare specials, and more. The best way to keep informed on these periodical special offers is to follow Splash Kingdom on Facebook or subscribe to our newsletter (Smiley’s Club).

Am I allowed to bring a snack inside the park for my toddler?
Yes, a toddler-type snack that is small in quantity for the little one during your visit will be allowed inside the park at no charge. The snack item must be small in quantity or else it is subject to be disapproved for entry. Please note: The child must be 5 years old or under. No glass, please.
Can I bring a cooler inside the park?
We do allow our guests to bring their personal coolers inside the park if they purchase a Cooler Pass at the ticket window or online. Coolers must be no larger than 48 quarts, contain no glass or alcohol, must close properly (not spewing over), contain no grilled or restaurant food, and everything must fit inside. The $30 Cooler Pass is only valid for one use and may enter the park only once.

Can I purchase a Cooler Pass Punchcard?

Do you sell unlimited drink wristbands?
We do have Unlimited Drink Wristbands available for purchase online or at our food booths. They are $10.00 + tax each. These allow you to get unlimited fountain drinks throughout your stay at our park. Unlimited Drink Wristbands are only valid for the day they are purchased.

What are my options for eating while at the park?
We have a few options for dining during your time at the park. Of course we have our various concession stands that have yummy food; everything from hot dogs, nachos, pizza, and so much more. We also have our $30 Cooler Pass. With this, you are allowed to bring up to a 48 quart cooler inside the park filled with all your favorite sweets and eats. We also have picnic areas located just outside of the park if you would prefer to bring your own food and sit out there at no additional charge. Please no glass or alcohol.

Can I bring my personal grill to the park and cook in the parking lot?
Guest are not allowed to bring their personal grills to cook in the parking lot.

Can I rent out the entire park?
We do allow groups to rent out our entire park. Park buyout is priced per hour for up to 500 guests. Any guest over the 500 count will cost $5.00 + tax.

How do I book a group visit to the park?
Have a larger group you would like to bring out to the park? We host family reunions, organization appreciation events, girl scout and boy scout troops, and much more.
Group Rates start at 15 or more guests and are available during normal operating hours.
Group Rates vary per park. Group Rates require at least a three day advance reservation with a 50% deposit.

I would like to rent a Cabana. How can I do that? What comes with it?
For an extra special place to enjoy your day at the park, you can rent one of our special cabanas by booking online. These private areas sell quickly so we recommend that you reserve yours in advance. If there is availability on the day of your visit, you are able to rent it at the ticket window as well. Cabana rentals include seating for 6 guests, 6 unlimited drink wristbands, and your own private locker.
*Admission is NOT included with cabana rentals.

How much does it cost to rent a Locker?
The pricing varies depending on which park you visit. Locker rentals are NOT available online and must be rented at the park. Rental availability is based on a first-come first-serve basis.

My child doesn't meet the height requirement. Are their rides for smaller children?
Absolutely! Each of our parks has a designated kids area with rides safe for small children and a shallow pool. Splash Kingdom is a family-oriented waterpark and we strive to create a fun experience for people of all ages. For more information on the rides for each park, follow one of the links below.

How tall do you have to be to ride? What about weight?
Some rides require a minimum height of 42″. For information on individual ride height requirements, please visit the “Rides and Attractions” tab on your park’s web page or follow one of the links below. The weight limit is 280 pounds for the body slides and for a single tube rider. The combined weight limit for two people on a double tube is 400 pounds. One person cannot use a double tube.

I need to leave the park. Can I come back in?
Of course, you can! Guests may exit the park and re-enter throughout the day. Upon exiting, guests must have their hands stamped by security for re-entry into the park.
I'd like to submit a donation request. How do I submit one?
Splash Kingdom Waterpark is proud to support our local community. We will consider a wide range of causes, from national charities to local causes and events.
Requests for support are accepted via U.S. mail, (no walk-up solicitations, faxes, telephone calls or emails) on organization letterhead that includes a copy of the IRS determination letter indicating 501c(3) status. In addition, the organization”s federal identification number should be provided. Please allow 3 weeks for a response to your request. All causes must be both non-profit and charitable in nature.
We are unable to support the following requests: Semi-pro athletic sponsorships Scholarships Requests from or benefiting individuals Picnics or gatherings for other for-profit companies Political parties, candidates or issues Homeowners associations, athletic clubs or other organizations that are non-profit but are not charitable in nature Independent film or video productions Beauty pageants Splash Kingdom Waterpark receives a large number of requests for assistance; unfortunately we cannot support or answer every request.
When we are able to honor a request, we make every effort to notify the organization by mail as expediently as possible. Please allow ample time for a response when making a request.

Are strollers/wagons allowed inside the park?
Yes, they are. We do ask that little children are never left unattended in these vehicles.
Are we still allowed to bring an unopened water bottle inside the park?
Yes, we do still allow one unopened bottle of water per guest entering the park. You may also bring an empty water bottle to refill at our water fountains located around the park. We also provide free ice water at all of our concession stands for our guests.
Splash Kingdom has provided picnic facilities outside of the entrance gate. Guests can bring coolers with food and beverages to these locations; however, for health and safety concerns, these items will not be allowed inside the park.
However, with proper medical documentation guests may bring necessary foods into the park, e.g. – diabetic emergency snacks, baby formula for infants, gluten-free foods, or allergy-safe foods. Other than a juice box for diabetics and baby formula, outside beverages are not allowed in the park. Splash Kingdom will provide a medical tag to be displayed in these instances. Food quantity not to exceed the contents of a small insulated lunch pack (9x8x4). One lunch pack is permitted per day. At the time of visit, Guests should contact Park Security or Guest Relations for approval to bring in special medically required food items.
Can I bring alcohol or tobacco products with me? What about a weapon?
No alcoholic beverages are allowed on park property. Firearms, knives, or weapons of any type are prohibited on park property. For the comfort and pleasure of all our guests, Splash Kingdom is a smoke-free, tobacco-free, and vape-free campus (including the picnic areas and park entrance). A designated section away from the park is available for tobacco and vape use.
Can I bring my little one's life vest? What about their favorite floaties?
We encourage guests to bring life jackets, arm floats, children’s float rings with seats, and swimwear with flotation built-in. We also have lifejackets and tubes available at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Swim rings will not be allowed unless the seat is built-in and the seat has leg holes.
Can I bring my pet?
No, we do not allow pets in any of our parks. Service animals are allowed but proper documentation must be provided and animal needs to wear an appropriate harness.
Do I have to wear a mask inside the park?
Splash Kingdom works closely with local, state, and national authorities to develop and follow guidelines for proper mask use in public areas. If the current requirement is to wear a mask in public areas, we ask that while entering the park and standing in food lines or other close areas, you wear the appropriate face covering. However, at no time are we requesting guests to wear masks on attractions, in water, or in their personal relaxing space. Come enjoy fresh air, sunshine, and properly treated pool water with us here at Splash Kingdom.
I have a special medically necessary diet. What can I bring in?
For the safety of our guests, we do not allow outside food or beverages inside the park. Guests may bring in an empty water bottle and fill it with water from one of the cold-water fountains available throughout the park.
Splash Kingdom offers a variety of delicious menu choices inside the park along with a selection of refreshing drinks and novelty items.

I have different physical needs. Can you accommodate me?
We at Splash Kingdom want every guest entering the park to have the time of their life. We will do our best to work with you to ensure your safety and to help you enjoy the park to the best of your ability. Please let us know you are coming by contacting guest services prior to your arrival. There are certain exceptions we cannot make. We cannot allow hard objects to go down the big slides as they could damage the surface and injure a rider coming down after you. Rubber objects such as swim shoes are also not allowed down the slide as these pose a hazard of getting stuck on the slide surface and causing harm to the rider. Again, we want every guest to enjoy themselves and come away with a memorable experience. We will work with you to ensure that you and your guests are able to enjoy the park at its fullest and safest potential.
How old do you have to be to visit the park without an adult?
Children 12 years old and over may be dropped off at the park. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible guardian. The minimum age for a guardian is 14.
What should I wear? (Dress Code Policy)
Splash Kingdom is a family-friendly park. No thongs or excessively revealing swimwear will be permitted. Denim clothing may not be worn on slides or in the water. We reserve the right to ask a guest to use a cover-up if swimwear is deemed inappropriate. Those who have tattoos are welcome at Splash Kingdom Waterpark. If a tattoo is not appropriate for all ages or contains vulgar language or nudity then you will be asked to cover it up out of respect for our other guests. Guests with casts will not be permitted to ride large slides due to the possibility of damage to the slides. Please enjoy the wave pool, lazy river and children”s areas (including castle slides if height requirements are met). For the safety of our guests, swim diapers are required on all children two years old and under. Regular diapers are not permitted in the water. Swim diapers are available for purchase in our retail shop. Hats, sunglasses, goggles, casts, braces, denim, or any other material with hard clasps or rivets are also not permitted on any of our slides.
