Mobile/Online Food Ordering Overview

This 2022 season at Splash Kingdom waterparks, we’re introducing Mobile Online Food Ordering! The goal is to help reduce your wait time and cut out having to wait in a line at all. When you’re at the park, we want you to enjoy the park and not be hassled with long lines. With Mobile Food Ordering, you’re able to scan a QR code located in various locations around the park or visit our Food/Drinks page on our website and place your order, all without ever waiting in line! (The links below direct you to a page where you can place an online food order.)

After placing your order, the kitchen will accept the order and give an estimated wait time that is displayed on your mobile device and also sent via email. After this time is up, simply walk up to one of the designated order pickup locations and give them your name.

If you rented a cabana for your visit, there are unique QR codes located inside your cabana that will give you the option to add your table number when checking out. With this option you never need to leave your seat! Your cabana staff will bring your order to you when it’s ready.

What payment types are accepted for Online Food Ordering?

Currently the online food ordering system only accepts Debit/Credit card for payment. You will have to pay at the kitchen window if you would rather pay with your Splash Cash wristband. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

How do I know when to pick up my mobile food order?

If you rented a cabana for your visit, there are unique QR codes located inside your cabana that will give you the option to add your table number when checking out. With this option you never need to leave your seat! Our cabana staff will bring your order to you when it’s ready.

How do I order food online?

Are all the menu items included in mobile/online food ordering?

No, the menus in the mobile food ordering system are limited and only consist of items found in our main kitchen. This is to ensure that we’re able to handle a high volume of online orders without impacting the rest of our kitchen operations. Each of our food/drinks pages include a link titled “View Menu” that will let you see our Full Menu and not just the items available for mobile food ordering.

If I place an online order, will they bring it to my cabana?

Yes, as long as you scan the QR code located in your cabana and enter your table number. If you rented a cabana for your visit, there are unique QR codes located inside your cabana that will give you the option to add your table number when checking out. With this option you never need to leave your seat! Your cabana staff will bring your order to you when it’s ready.

Please Note: There are other QR codes for food ordering in various locations around the park. These QR codes are for pickup only and will NOT give you the option to enter your table number so the staff can bring you your food. Be sure to only scan the QR code that is located in your cabana.

Can I use my Splash Cash (Cashless) wristband to order food online?

Unfortunately you can’t use your Splash Cash wristband for mobile/online food orders at this time. We only accept debit/credit cards for online orders. You are still able to purchase food with your wristband at the kitchen window.

Does Splash Kingdom Deliver Food Outside the Park?

No, Splash Kingdom does NOT deliver food outside of the park. If you rent a cabana for the day and place an online order with the QR Code in your cabana, you are able to enter your table number and we will bring your food order to you. If you are not in a cabana, all orders placed are for pickup only.
